Perfect for crystal healing beginners. I love it! I am new to crystal healing and this is a great way to record my foray into this modality. The book has repeating form-like pages to chart healing sessions. Each form has sections to fill in the crystals used and why, what you wanted to heal, what happened, what you would try next time etc. The book has sections for each Chakra and an intro page with corresponding crystal color associations and properties.The layout and design is thoughtful and pleasing to the eye. Simple graphics, and page edges with Chakra colors so the book page edges look like a rainbow. The only thing that would have improved this journal for me would have been some blank lined pages at the end for me to catalog the crystals I own and their properties.I'll definitely be using this and would recommend it to anyone developing a crystal healing practice.
