I've not had much of a chance to use this diary yet because it requires you to have (or have access to) lots of different crystals to carry out a lot of the different methods. So, it's great if you already have a large crystals collection but not so great for beginners! I've currently got a long list of the crystals I still need and I'm trying to focus on collecting for a specific category, so I can actually try out some of the exercises! Can't comment at how useful this book is so far!
