When we I received the item, I found out that wrong item was shipped to me (mistake can happen with everyone). I complained to both Amazon and the seller "Le neon". Both replied perfectly: le-neon sent me again the correct item, and they ask me to keep the first item I received. And Amazon refunded me the whole amount I paid including shipping cost. Now speaking about the item: it is fantastic, I even modified it to use two CR2032 batteries which I hide under the stand, as the wire didn't look nice in our glass cabinet were we display our souvenirs. We use this stand to display our 3D laser engraved photos crystal souvenir cube that we bought during our trip to Amsterdam.
