The glasses look fantastic, however, the "legs" are somewhat uneven. When I tried them on they were crooked on my face. I believe it was due to shipment. They came in a soft case inside a bubble envelope. Needless to say the package was mistreated on delivery. I needed them for a function and tried to fix them but broke. After a couple of attempts to contact the seller, I was contacted by the seller and was told they never received any of my emails through Amazon. Perhaps it was because I commented on the "packaging" comment section. However, they were quick to apologize and re-sent the glasses (this time in they were delivered in a BOX)free of charge not to mention credited my account. I believe the young lady in customer service was excellent. By the way the glasses were delivered in perfect condition and I'm a very happy customer.Just a last note if you need to contact a seller and there is no "option button" don't use any other. Write your review and state your concerns, this was the only way this seller was able to know what happened.
